One day when I came back from kapa haka I heard a banging noise coming from the hall when we were there I saw a lot of drums. While we were in the hall we met someone named Johnny and he was the greatest drummer I've seen. Later he told us the names of some instruments that I have never heard of like djembe. I thought it was a lot of fun.

Hiwi the Kiwi

On a cold morning we went to the hall. When we were there we saw the minstrel singing and his wife dancing and later we sang a song. It was about him being mad if a bird dies. Before that we got a fishing magazine. I leaned that we should hold fish with a wet towel and that we should pick rubbish up.

Zoo Trip

At the zoo we saw a lion. My favorite animal was the mearcat because it looks so cute.

The Moon

The moon is small and it goes around the earth in an oval orbit.

Also when you are in space you need a space helmet to breathe because there is no air. The moon controls the water and the tides on Earth. Neil Armstrong worked for NASA and he was the first person to walk on the moon. The moon has phases and my favorite one is a half moon.    

We took a simple sentence from our library book,added an aaawwubis, and made a complex sentence.
