The Witches is a book created by the author Roald Dahl. This book is about a boy and his grandma trying to get rid of witches from squashing children.
The boy's grandma was a witch hunter and knows all about witches. There is one witch called the Grand High Witch. The Grand Witch is the boss of all witches.
Witches disguise themselves as lovely ladies but secretly they want to to squish all kids they despise. They have blue spit, wear a wig and have no toes. Once a year every witch meets up and shares spells.
The 15th chapter is about Lukes grandma making a plan to get the delayed mouse formula.The next chapter is about Luke stealing the mouse formula under the Grand Witches bed. Lastly the 17th chapter is about Lukes grandma try to let Bruno's parentis know that he's a mouse.
The witches is a great book for kids and adults.
